Job Summary:
HA HIRELING PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a skilled and experienced Driver with a minimum qualification of 12th Pass and strong knowledge of driving best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe & Skilled Driving – Operate company or client vehicles safely, ensuring smooth and accident-free journeys.
- Route Optimization – Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency.
- Punctuality & Reliability – Adhere to schedules and ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs.
- Customer Service Focus – Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with passengers, clients, and colleagues.
- Emergency Response Skills – Handle breakdowns, flat tires, or other emergencies with quick thinking and efficiency.
- Compliance with Traffic Rules – Follow all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
- Vehicle Maintenance – Conduct daily vehicle checks, ensure cleanliness, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Documentation Handling – Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and relevant transport documents.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Proven driving experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Valid driving license for LMV/HMV (as applicable).
- Excellent knowledge of road safety rules and regulations.
- Familiarity with Gautam Buddha Nagar routes and nearby areas.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Physically fit and alert for long hours of driving.
