Job Summary

Randstad India Private Limited is hiring a Logistic Executive to manage and oversee daily hub operations. This role involves supervising inbound and outbound vehicle activities, ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining compliance, and optimizing workflow efficiency at the hub center. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of logistics processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work in both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Record Maintenance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records.
• Input data into ERP/logistics management systems with high accuracy.
• Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

2. Inbound Operations

• Check vehicle seal condition and verify seal number with challan before unloading.
• Conduct 100% scanning of all inbound material.
• Ensure proper stacking as per company norms.
• Unload materials promptly and place them in designated locations to minimize vehicle halt time at the sorting center.

3. Outbound Operations

• Inspect vehicle’s physical condition before loading.
• Load materials without damage and ensure 100% scanning.
• Control and prevent short part dispatches.
• Apply centralized lock seal after loading completion.

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Cross-check all outbound and inbound documents for government and internal compliance.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all operational documents for audit purposes.
• Follow company safety and security protocols during all operations.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Resolve operational issues promptly through effective communication.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of logistics operations and material handling processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
• High accuracy in scanning, documentation, and data entry.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Physical stamina to handle hub operations in rotational shifts.

Work Conditions

• On-site hub/sorting center role.
• Rotational Day and Night shifts.
• Male candidates preferred as per operational requirements.
