Job Summary
Randstad India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Logistic Executive to manage and oversee daily hub center operations. This role involves supervising inbound and outbound processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance with company and government standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Record Maintenance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records in the system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure all data is entered correctly into ERP or logistics software.
2. Inbound Operations
- Inspect vehicle seal condition and verify seal number with challan before unloading.
- Conduct 100% material scanning before stacking.
- Stack materials properly as per company norms.
- Ensure immediate unloading and proper placement of materials to minimize vehicle halt time at the sorting center.
3. Outbound Operations
- Inspect vehicle’s physical condition before starting the loading process.
- Ensure loading is damage-free and 100% material scanning is completed.
- Prevent short part dispatches through effective control measures.
- Seal the centralized lock after loading is complete.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Cross-check documents for government compliance and internal company requirements.
- Maintain and organize all documentation for audit readiness.
- Follow health, safety, and operational compliance protocols.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and management for smooth workflow.
- Communicate promptly to resolve operational issues.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse processes, and material handling.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
