Job Profile
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, understanding their financial needs, and offering them tailored loan products. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a drive to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling to potential customers from the provided database.
- Promote and explain loan products (Business Loan & Personal Loan) in a clear and engaging manner.
- Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate financial solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience.
- Stay updated on loan products, eligibility criteria, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal communication in Hindi and basic English.
- Persuasive, confident, and target-driven personality.
- Good listening skills and customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
