Location: Tamil Nadu (Multiple Locations)
Number of Vacancies: 500
Eligibility: Any Degree / Diploma / +2 (Minimum Higher Secondary)
Experience: Prior experience in FMCG/Food Sales preferred


About the Opportunity

We are a rapidly growing player in the FMCG and food industry, backed by a strong distribution network across Tamil Nadu and established connections with leading companies in the FMCG marketing sector. With rising demand and expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Food Sales Executives to strengthen our sales force and capture market opportunities.


Key Accountabilities

  1. Sales Development & Execution
    • Assist in preparing and delivering sales bids, proposals, and presentations.
    • Participate in product demonstrations to showcase benefits and features to potential customers.
  2. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
    • Identify and connect with prospective customers within assigned territories.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  3. Market Penetration & Promotion
    • Apply product and industry knowledge to effectively promote offerings to customers.
    • Leverage the existing distribution and FMCG network to increase product reach.
  4. Operational & Administrative Support
    • Handle customer queries, order processing, and service issues with minimal supervision.
    • Escalate complex matters to senior staff when necessary.
  5. Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing and distribution teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
    • Support colleagues in achieving collective sales targets.
  6. Other Duties
    • Perform additional sales or customer service tasks as assigned by management.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
  • Good knowledge of FMCG/food sales and distribution processes.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
  • Basic computer literacy for reporting and documentation.
