Job Summary

AIRIAC ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The BDM will play a key role in expanding our market presence, enhancing brand visibility, and developing strategies to boost profitability. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business success.


Core Responsibilities

  1. Building and Maintaining Client Relationships
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and strategic partners.
    • Ensure high client satisfaction and foster loyalty for repeat business.
  2. Developing Sales Strategies and Business Plans
    • Design, implement, and manage effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify new markets, growth areas, and trends in the renewable energy/energy solutions sector.
  3. Negotiating Contracts and Closing Deals
    • Lead contract negotiations with clients and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
  4. Collaborating with Internal Teams
    • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business objectives.
    • Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and market positioning.
  5. Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify and target potential clients.
    • Develop outreach strategies for lead generation and conversion.

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the energy, renewable energy, or industrial solutions sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and market exploration.
