Summary:

Study Matrix is seeking a TOT-certified Trainer for the Telecom Grameen Udhyami (TEL/Q4302) qualification pack. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in modern telecom technologies adapted for rural environments, combined with technical fluency, digital and financial literacy, and an entrepreneurial spirit. You will deliver inclusive, hands-on training that empowers learners from diverse linguistic and socioeconomic backgrounds to thrive in community-based telecom service roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate NSQF Level 4–aligned training for the Telecom Grameen Udhyami job-role, covering modem/router installation, Wi-Fi equipment, broadband provisioning, handset repair, UPS/power checks, and service testing
• Deliver practical, experiential learning via field simulations, labs, and real-life examples.
• Infuse training with digital and financial literacy—including billing, mobile money, and basic financial management.
• Promote an entrepreneurial mindset, encouraging learners to explore service delivery and small-scale enterprise solutions.
• Ensure training is inclusive and language-sensitive, adapting to local dialects and varying literacy levels.
• Monitor trainee progress through hands-on assessments, offer actionable feedback, and ensure workplace readiness.

Qualifications & Requirements (NSQF-Based):

• Education: Any of the following:
  • 12th grade pass (any stream), or
  • Completed 2nd year of a 3-year diploma (after 10th), or
  • 11th grade pass with 1-year relevant experience, or
  • 10th grade pass with 2 years relevant experience, or
  • Previous NSQF Level 3 qualification with 3 years relevant experience
• Certification: Must hold a valid Training of Trainers (ToT) certification from the relevant Sector Skill Council.
• Experience:
  • Ideally 1–2 years of experience in rural telecom operations, CPE installation, or training delivery in telecom.
  • Background in community teaching, digital literacy, or financial inclusion training is highly valued.

2. Technical Proficiency – Comfortable teaching installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of telecom devices (modems, routers, UPS, Wi-Fi systems).
