Summary:

Study Matrix is seeking a TOT-certified Trainer for the IT Customer Care Executive (SSC/Q2217) job role. The trainer will be responsible for delivering NSQF-aligned, industry-relevant training to prepare candidates for IT-enabled customer service roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on IT expertise, strong customer service knowledge, and proven training delivery skills. This position offers an opportunity to shape the careers of aspiring professionals by combining technical skills, customer-centric service, and workplace readiness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training as per SSC/National Occupational Standards for IT Customer Care Executive (QP SSC/Q2217).
  • Train learners in IT tools, digital communication, troubleshooting, and customer service processes.
  • Ensure adherence to NSQF frameworks, SSC curriculum, and assessment practices.
  • Coach trainees on customer empathy, active listening, and problem resolution.
  • Develop digital communication skills for calls, chats, and emails.
  • Track and assess trainee performance, providing constructive feedback.
  • Prepare candidates for workplace readiness, professional behavior, and employability skills.

Qualifications & Requirements (as per NSQF):

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years in electronics/IT customer care or helpdesk roles.
  • Training Experience: Minimum 1 year delivering training in customer care or IT technical domains.
  • Certification: TOT (Training of Trainers) certification for IT Customer Care Executive or equivalent SSC-aligned job role with minimum 80% score.
