Job Summary:
Akal Information Systems is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and promote our IT solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in lead generation and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building – Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and build lasting business relationships.
- IT Solutions Sales – Understand client needs and recommend relevant IT solutions to address their requirements.
- Market Research & Opportunity Analysis – Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Client Retention & Satisfaction – Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and exceptional service delivery.
- Lead Generation & Conversion – Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
