Job Summary:
HEARKEN is looking for experienced and reliable Delivery Boys (Bikers) to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a 10th Pass with good knowledge of delivery operations and possess a valid driving license with their own bike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
- Maintain polite and professional interaction with customers.
- Follow safe driving practices at all times.
- Use route optimization to ensure quick deliveries.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks of the bike.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth delivery operations.
- Handle on-route challenges and find solutions promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Delivery Boy / Biker
- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license
- Good geographical knowledge of East Delhi areas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic problem-solving skills and punctuality
