Job Summary:
Hearken is hiring experienced Delivery Boy Bikers for our brand MEATIGO to ensure timely and safe delivery of frozen food products to customers. The ideal candidate should have prior delivery experience, be familiar with local routes, and maintain a professional attitude during customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries of frozen food products.
- Maintain positive and professional interaction with customers during delivery.
- Follow safe driving practices at all times.
- Use route optimization techniques to reduce delivery time and fuel usage.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance to keep the bike in good condition.
- Coordinate effectively with the operations team for smooth delivery operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues while on route.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Prior experience as a delivery boy/biker (preferably in food or FMCG deliveries).
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and knowledge of traffic rules.
- Good knowledge of Gurugram routes and localities.
- Ability to handle frozen products safely.
Work Details:
- Salary: ₹18,000/- per month
- Fuel Allowance: ₹3,000/- per month
- Working Hours: 10 hours/day (including 1-hour lunch/dinner break)
- Working Days: 26 days/month
- Overtime Pay: ₹100/- per extra hour
- Extra Distance Pay: ₹2.5/- per km beyond assigned routes
