Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Acquisition & Management
    • Identify, onboard, and build strong relationships with new partners (POS agents) to expand customer acquisition channels.
    • Establish premium targets with partners and ensure achievement through strategic guidance.
  • Training & Development
    • Conduct regular training sessions for partners to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Ensure partners are proficient in using company tools, portals, and systems.
  • Business Growth
    • Deliver on sales and revenue targets through partner productivity.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline by following up on leads, referrals, and pending cases.
  • Liaison & Coordination
    • Act as the bridge between partners and company operations teams to ensure process adherence.
    • Monitor partner performance and provide timely feedback and support.
  • Product Portfolio Management
    • Promote and manage retail insurance products including Health, Property, and Motor insurance.
    • Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Key Qualifications & Competencies

  • Education: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (preferably in Insurance & Broking industry). Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
  • Industry Preference: Insurance, Broking, or Financial Services sector.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong communication skills (regional language proficiency preferred).
    • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
    • Target-driven with strong negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Basic computer literacy and adaptability to digital tools.
