Job Summary:

Rathi Motors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service workshop. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a customer-first mindset to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Workshop & Operations Management

  • Manage end-to-end service workshop operations, ensuring timely vehicle servicing and quality control.
  • Monitor service workflow and assign tasks to technicians for optimal productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer service processes and safety standards.

2. Team Handling & Training

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular training programs for technical upgrades and customer handling skills.
  • Evaluate team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

3. Performance Improvement & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like turnaround time, customer satisfaction scores, and revenue targets.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

4. Spare Parts & Inventory Management

  • Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of required spares.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reduce wastage or overstocking.
  • Ensure cost-effective procurement and usage of spare parts.

5. Technology & Tools

  • Leverage diagnostic tools, service software, and CRM systems for efficient operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and service equipment.
  • Promote usage of digital platforms for job card creation, tracking, and billing.

6. Customer Service & Experience

  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent
