Probus Insurance Broker is looking for an experienced and proactive Health Insurance Advisor to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of health insurance products and a passion for helping customers choose the right plans. This is a customer-facing, target-driven role suited for individuals who enjoy consultative selling and delivering excellent service.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain health insurance products and benefits.
• Understand each client's specific needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, or referrals.
• Maintain updated records of calls, customer interactions, and closed sales using internal CRM tools.
• Achieve defined monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Provide end-to-end support, including post-sale assistance, documentation, and claims guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest product features, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times.

🎓 Key Qualifications & Competencies:

• Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in health insurance sales (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of retail health insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM systems.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
