📝 Job Summary:

Probus Insurance Broker is looking for a proactive and driven Agency Manager to strengthen our partner distribution channel. The candidate will be responsible for hiring and managing Point of Sale (POS) agents, driving insurance product sales, and ensuring consistent performance through active engagement and training.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit new POS partners/agents to expand the customer base and drive insurance sales.
• Train and support partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell the company’s products.
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal departments to ensure business productivity.
• Meet and exceed business targets and premium goals set by the company.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure adherence to defined processes and service standards.
• Manage and promote the full suite of retail insurance products, including health, motor, and property.
• Set and communicate premium targets with POS and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Regularly follow up on leads, customer references, and pending prospects to maximize conversions.
• Stay updated on all product offerings, market trends, and training modules for self and partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement and productivity.

🎓 Key Qualifications & Competencies:

• Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in agency sales (preferably from the insurance/broking sector).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably in the regional/local language.
• Strong ability to manage relationships, motivate teams, and drive results.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and open to extensive field work.
• Freshers with a keen interest in insurance sales and field activities are also welcome to apply.
