📝 Job Summary:

Probus Insurance Broker is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our Partner Sales Channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing point-of-sale (POS) partners, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent partner engagement for growth in retail insurance products such as health, motor, and property.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new partners to associate with the company and generate new business.
• Train partners effectively on the company’s products, digital tools, and operational processes.
• Act as the key link between the company and the partner network to ensure productivity and engagement.
• Achieve defined business goals and premium targets through effective partner channel management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, especially operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing processes.
• Promote and manage the complete portfolio of retail insurance products (Health, Motor, Property, etc.).
• Regularly follow up on pending leads, customer references, and new business opportunities.
• Keep updated on all product offerings and industry trends through regular training and reading materials.
• Maintain high partner satisfaction through timely support, query resolution, and motivation.

🎓 Key Qualifications & Competencies:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in agency sales (preferably in Insurance or Broking industry).
• Strong communication skills, especially in the regional language.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a field role.
• Freshers with a passion for fieldwork and sales are also encouraged to apply.
