Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and business communication. This is an on-site internship role in Hyderabad, ideal for someone passionate about driving business in the edtech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company revenue.
- Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Support account management activities and client follow-ups.
- Assist in developing sales strategies, pitches, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with operational capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, activities, and client interactions.
- Contribute ideas to improve business development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the edtech industry.
- Proven skills in lead generation, new business acquisition, and account handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to work from the Hyderabad office on a full-time basis.
