Job Summary:

Probus Insurance Broker is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong data management and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of MIS operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate data analysis and timely reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update customer, policy, and financial data in the company’s database.
• Verify data for completeness and correctness.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all activities, reports, and tasks.
• Collect and compile data from internal and external sources.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Generate customized reports based on management requirements.
• Support the development of automated reports and dashboards to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather relevant data inputs.
• Maintain data confidentiality and ensure data integrity.
• Contribute to ad-hoc data-related projects and initiatives within the MIS team.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of insurance data and reporting systems (preferred but not mandatory).
