Job Summary:
TalentPro India HR Pvt Ltd is conducting a Walk-in Drive in Chennai to hire over 150 Apprentice Trainees for its Tyre Mold Division. This opportunity is specifically for candidates with knowledge in CNC/VMC Milling and Turning Operations and is part of the NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme). Selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in precision manufacturing in a high-demand industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC and VMC machines for milling and turning operations
- Read and interpret technical drawings and job instructions
- Measure and inspect components to ensure compliance with specifications
- Assist in the setup of tools, fixtures, and machine calibration
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Work collaboratively in a team to meet production targets and timelines
- Adapt to rotational shifts and maintain punctuality and discipline
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Good understanding of CNC/VMC milling and turning operations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic understanding of machining tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety standards
- Willingness to learn and grow under a structured training program
- Physically fit and adaptable to shop floor conditions
