- Job Overview:
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced MIS Executive to join BSS Microfinance. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a strong command of Excel and fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi. This role plays a key part in managing and reporting operational data to support business decisions and drive organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Data Handling:
Perform data validation, maintenance, and extraction using advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Charts. - Daily Reporting & Presentations:
Prepare, update, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards. Develop and present insightful PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews. - Internal Coordination:
Regularly coordinate and follow up with employees and clients to ensure timely data collection and report accuracy. - Portfolio Monitoring:
Track and report on the health and performance of loan portfolios, including repayment trends and outstanding balances. - KYC & Compliance Tracking:
Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in line with regulatory compliance and audit requirements. - Product Performance Insights:
Analyze data to support evaluation of microfinance product performance and customer usage patterns. - Support Digital Transformation:
Assist in automating reporting processes and contributing to digital system enhancements for improved MIS workflows.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting)
- Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- Strong communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines
- Familiarity with microfinance or NBFC operations is a plus
