Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive – Credit Cards at AU Small Finance Bank, you will act as the primary interface between the company and customers/sourcing channels. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, sourcing credit card applications, verifying customer documentation, and driving sales volumes. This role demands a proactive, customer-centric, and detail-oriented individual with strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Sales & Customer Acquisition

• Generate leads from assigned sourcing channels (dealers, referrals, commercial associates, etc.)
• Prospect new and existing customers to generate credit card sales
• Identify potential markets and assess customer profiles for creditworthiness
• Explain product features, pricing, and terms clearly and transparently
• Ensure a minimum six-month collection from self-sourced customers

🔹 Documentation & Verification

• Collect and verify customer documentation accurately
• Recommend customers for credit approval after proper assessment
• Ensure collection of post-disbursement documents and monitor deferrals
• Responsible for asset verification and handling non-starter or early-default cases

🔹 Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with sourcing channels and customers
• Deliver timely service and build trust with customers for repeat and referral business
• Act as a brand ambassador for AU Bank’s 4Fs philosophy: Fair, Fast, Flexible, Friendly

🔹 Reporting & Compliance

• Submit daily reports to the reporting manager (evening or next morning)
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and standards
• Maintain ethical conduct and customer confidentiality at all times

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Educational & Technical:

• Graduate (Any stream)
• Must possess a smartphone and basic computer skills (e.g., taking/uploading pictures)
• Should have non-defaulter CIBIL score
• Basic knowledge of property title documents is a plus

✅ Functional Competencies:

• Fluent in Hindi, English, and regional language (Gujarati)
• Strong sales, marketing, and field collection capabilities
• Good local geographical knowledge of Ahmedabad and surrounding areas
