Job Overview:
Treeoz Eco Venture Private Limited is hiring an experienced and qualified Site Civil Engineer to oversee landscape project execution and design implementation at our sites in Patna. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with hands-on experience in site supervision, vendor coordination, and landscape design tools like SketchUp and Lumion. This is a growth-oriented role offering exposure to both design and on-ground execution for high-end projects.
Key Responsibilities:
🌿 Design & Planning
- Create detailed landscape designs using SketchUp
- Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and walkthroughs using Lumion
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine concepts and present final designs to clients
- Prepare layout drawings, material boards, and BOQs
- Interpret and work from AutoCAD drawings
ðŸ—ï¸ Site Supervision
- Supervise landscape execution on-site including:
- Softscape: plants, turf, plantations
- Hardscape: pergolas, water features, stone paths, etc.
- Softscape: plants, turf, plantations
- Coordinate daily activities with:
- Fabricators (MS structures, railings, pergolas)
- Carpenters (wooden/ply furniture and structures)
- Electricians (garden lighting, wiring setups)
- Laborers and mistris (soil work, leveling, stone laying, plantations)

- Monitor work progress, quality standards, and timely task completion
- Handle procurement coordination, site measurements, and material requirements
- Submit daily progress reports with photos and site updates
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Lumion (for rendering and walkthroughs)
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong on-site coordination and communication skills
- Deep understanding of landscape elements: plants, stones, lighting, irrigation, etc.
- Excellent time management and team supervision skills
- Ability to manage vendors, labor, and site resources effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Design, or Interior Design
- Proven experience in landscape or civil execution projects
- Ability to read civil/architectural drawings
- Bike with valid driving license (mandatory for on-site travel)
