Job Overview:
Odizzi Business Solutions (OPC) Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring Warehouse Associates for its operations with Blinkit in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be 12th pass with good knowledge and prior experience in warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage order picking, packing, and dispatching activities
- Maintain high accuracy levels in order fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement batch control and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory practices
- Participate in daily performance huddles and follow internal quality checks
- Ensure full compliance with warehouse hygiene, safety, and operational protocols
- Report inventory discrepancies or product damage to supervisors
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily targets and maintain operational efficiency
Accommodation Details:
- Company-assisted shared rooms available near the plant
- Rent: ₹2,000 per month
- Advance: ₹1,500 – ₹2,000 (paid directly to room owner)
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals
- Basic understanding of FIFO, stock handling, and safety practices
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethics
Work Environment:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: On-site at Blinkit Warehouses in Hyderabad
- Shifts: Rotational (Day/Night) – as per warehouse schedule
