Job Summary:
Hamara Jobs is seeking a proactive and experienced Telecaller to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a good command of communication, the ability to engage with potential clients over the phone, and a customer-first attitude. This role plays a key part in lead generation, appointment scheduling, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company's services.
- Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information to customer inquiries.
- Product Knowledge: Offer detailed information about products/services to prospective clients.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for sales representatives with interested leads.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
- Sales Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance goals.
- Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Issue Handling: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a polite and professional manner.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- Experience: Prior experience in Telecalling, telesales, or customer support is mandatory
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or Marathi (English is an advantage)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, database tools)
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
