Job Summary:
Hamara Jobs is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, maintaining strong communication, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers in Nagpur to promote and offer our products or services.
- Lead Follow-up: Follow up on warm leads, understand customer needs, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering clear and professional communication over the phone.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record details of calls, leads, customer feedback, and sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers and support in meeting monthly/quarterly targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest information on company offerings and industry developments to engage confidently with prospects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
- Experience: Prior experience in Telecalling, telesales, or customer service is required
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or Marathi (English is a plus)
- Persuasive and polite phone manner
- Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain motivation
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
- Target-driven, organized, and team-oriented personality
