Job Summary:

Xena Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, nurturing client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with strong interpersonal and selling skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and approach potential customers to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Present and effectively promote products/services by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets defined by the management.
  • Negotiate and close deals confidently, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications; submit regular performance reports to management.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and post-sale customer support.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate (Any discipline)
  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in a sales role (B2B or B2C)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn about products/services quickly
  • Knowledge of local markets in and around Bhopal will be an advantage
