About the Role:

Orbiqe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a TOT-certified Trainer for the job role AI – Data Quality Analyst (SSC/Q8101) under the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF). The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, curriculum-based training and ensuring successful assessments, certifications, and placements of enrolled candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Counselling:
   Guide candidates about the course objectives, career paths, and job opportunities in AI and Data Quality.
2. Training Delivery:
   Conduct training sessions as per the SSC-approved curriculum for the job role SSC/Q8101.
3. Classroom Management:
   Monitor and manage daily attendance and maintain training discipline.
4. Reporting:
   Submit accurate Daily MIS Reports and maintain proper documentation.
5. Assessment Support:
   • Conduct Pre-Assessments to gauge learning levels.
   • Prepare candidates for final assessment and certification as per SSC standards.
6. Candidate Motivation:
   Inspire and mentor candidates to achieve placement readiness and secure good certification grades.
7. Result Commitment:
   Ensure a minimum 95% certification success rate among candidates.

Qualification & Experience (As per NSQF Guidelines):

• Education:
  Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Certification:
  Must be TOT Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council (preferably IT-ITeS Sector Skill Council of India).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in AI/Data-related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in training/skill development or instructional delivery.
