Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executives with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset. The role involves proactive outreach to potential clients, active listening, handling objections, providing tailored product information, and closing deals. This role also includes inbound/outbound call handling, with shift adherence being essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers through Telecalling and follow-ups to promote and explain product offerings.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Actively listen to customers, clarify information, and diffuse tense or angry situations when necessary.
  • Answer potential client questions and follow-up queries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and digital tools.
  • Follow shift timings and ensure daily productivity targets are met.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  1. Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of products and services offered.
  2. CRM & Digital Tools Proficiency: Experience in using CRM platforms and call management tools.
  3. Tech-Driven Sales Strategy: Ability to utilize technology for smarter customer engagement and conversion.
  4. Client-Centric Approach: Focused on building trust and long-term relationships with customers.
  5. B2B Deal Maker: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for B2B client acquisition.
  6. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate effectively with backend, tech, and service teams.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate (any discipline).
  • Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecalling or inside sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one of the regional languages (Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam).
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven environment with strict adherence to shift timings.
