Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive with a solid understanding of B2B sales in IoT-related industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, solution pitching, and deal closures. This is a performance-driven role offering a commission-based salary along with a fixed base pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue potential clients in IoT-focused sectors such as logistics, renewable energy, and infrastructure.
• Client Engagement: Schedule and attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable Trackster IoT solutions.
• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into clients through effective presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain strong command of all company offerings including GPS tracking, fuel & temperature monitoring, and other IoT devices.
• CRM Management: Update leads, contacts, and sales pipeline data using CRM tools.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with technical and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technology upgrades to enhance sales strategy.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IoT, tech, logistics, or energy sectors.
• Qualification: Graduate in any stream (preferably with technical or business background).
• Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
• Industry Familiarity: Prior exposure to sectors like cold chain, solar/wind energy, or GPS-based services is a major plus.
