Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing to join our Raigad team. The ideal candidate is a graduate with a strong grounding in all facets of digital marketing, a passion for tech brands, and a track‐record of driving measurable growth online.

Key Responsibilities

1. Driving Online Visibility For Tech Brands
   • Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to boost organic search rankings
   • Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI
   • Optimize website UX and landing pages for better conversion rates
2. Building Strong Brand Identity
   • Craft cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
   • Ensure visual and verbal brand guidelines are consistently applied
   • Collaborate with designers to produce on-brand creatives
3. Content That Converts
   • Plan, write, and oversee publication of high-impact content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies)
   • Implement content calendars that align with product launches and marketing campaigns
   • A/B-test headlines, calls-to-action, and formats to maximize lead generation
4. Social Media Growth Strategist
   • Design and manage social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
   • Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, DMs) and iterate on creative strategies
   • Build and nurture online communities relevant to B2B tech audiences
5. Tech + Marketing Synergy
   • Work closely with the product and development teams to translate technical features into customer-friendly benefits
   • Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) to nurture leads through the sales funnel
   • Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and microsites with the web development team
6. Up-to-Date With Digital Trends
   • Monitor industry news, emerging platforms, and competitor activities
   • Evaluate new tools, platforms, and tactics to keep our strategies cutting-edge
   • Deliver quarterly insights and recommendations to the leadership team

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or related field
• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in the tech sector
• Technical Skills:
  • SEO/SEM tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics)
  • Paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Content management systems (WordPress, Drupal)
  • Marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo)
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Creative problem-solver and proactive self-starter
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
