Job Purpose:

The Sales Executive acts as the primary point of contact between AU Small Finance Bank and customers, as well as with various business sourcing channels. This role is responsible for business acquisition, customer onboarding, loan sourcing, documentation, and asset verification. The Sales Executive plays a critical role in expanding the bank's reach and reinforcing customer trust.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and implement the company’s core business philosophy and lending methodology.
  • Execute the bank’s product strategy and pricing guidelines at the ground level.
  • Identify, assess, and pursue potential customers through personal outreach and sourcing channels.
  • Conduct market assessment of the assigned geography to generate quality business leads.
  • Understand customer profiles, collect necessary documentation, and recommend eligible cases to the credit team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely upload of customer data, documentation, and images using digital devices.
  • Responsible for field-level asset verification and managing early-stage defaults or non-starters.
  • Promote the bank’s products (loans, deposits, insurance, etc.) through door-to-door, community-based, and relationship-driven marketing.
  • Actively contribute to collections in coordination with relevant teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
  • Experience: 0 to 3 years in Sales/Financial Services/BFSI.
  • Age: Must be a legal adult (18+ years).
  • CIBIL: Applicant should not be a loan defaulter; a healthy credit score is mandatory.
  • Technology Use: Must own or be proficient with a smartphone; ability to take photos and upload data via computer is essential.
  • NOC Requirement: If previously employed in another Financial Institution, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required at the time of joining.

Functional Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Hindi, English, and regional/local language (both written and verbal).
  • Comfortable with sales, marketing activities, and collections.
  • General knowledge of property documentation and title verification.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of Ahmedabad and surrounding localities (preferred local candidates).
