Job Summary:
Hire Labs Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and reliable Delivery Executives for efficient and timely deliveries across Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling last-mile delivery operations using smart logistics systems, ensuring a safe, professional, and customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Verify customer addresses and ensure accurate delivery of items
- Utilize tech-enabled devices (apps, GPS) for route optimization and updates
- Maintain delivery logs and provide real-time updates to supervisors
- Follow traffic rules, safety regulations, and company delivery protocols
- Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Handle products with care to avoid damage during transit
- Report any issues, delays, or delivery-related concerns promptly
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: 12th Pass with Diploma in any field
- Experience: Prior delivery/logistics experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of Hyderabad city routes and urban areas
- Must possess a valid driving license (two-wheeler or four-wheeler as applicable)
- Familiarity with delivery apps or mobile tracking systems
- Good communication and time management skills
- Physically fit and willing to travel across city areas
