Job Summary:
Hire Labs Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dependable Service Engineer to handle technical service tasks, maintenance, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and a client-first attitude. This role involves field visits, diagnostics, repair, and post-service client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair technical equipment or machinery
- Provide on-site service support to customers at their location
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and diagnostics
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and service calls
- Document service and installation actions by completing reports and logs
- Collaborate with the technical and support team to resolve complex issues
- Provide usage training and post-service guidance to clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of service requests
- Travel across assigned regions as per service requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass with Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field
- Experience: Prior field experience as a Service Engineer is mandatory
- Good understanding of electrical/mechanical systems
- Ability to diagnose faults and implement timely solutions
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for service calls
- Basic knowledge of documentation and service reporting
