We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate F&B Service Assistant Trainer who can transform the lives of rural youth through skill-based hospitality education.
Eligibility Criteria (As per NSQF Level 3 – THC/Q0307):
Educational Qualification (any one of the following):
- 12th Pass
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Food & Beverage Service or any relevant stream
Professional Certification:
- Mandatory TOT Certified Trainer by Tourism & Hospitality Sector Skill Council (THSC) for Qualification Pack THC/Q0307
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, hotel or restaurant operations
- Minimum 1 year of training or teaching experience preferred

Deliver training that blends professional excellence with compassion and life skills, tailored for youth from diverse rural backgrounds. - Empowering Rural Youth for Urban Hospitality
Build career readiness in hospitality for placement in hotels, restaurants, QSRs, cafes, and banquets. - Soft Skills with Silverware
Integrate communication, grooming, hygiene, customer service, and soft skills training with core technical content. - From Local to Luxury
Enable trainees to confidently transition from local exposure to professional settings through practical simulations and mock interviews.
Required Skills:
- Deep domain knowledge in hospitality and food & beverage service
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Hands-on training delivery in both classroom and practical lab environments
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide youth
- Familiarity with hygiene & safety standards (FSSAI basics preferred)
- Digital literacy (MS Office, LMS platforms, online session tools)
