🚀 Key Responsibilities – Picker:
- Accurately pick products based on order lists using handheld scanners or pick sheets
- Organize items in the correct sequence for packaging and dispatch
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Assist with inventory stock counts and cycle audits
- Ensure all picked items meet quality standards before packing
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols in the warehouse
- Coordinate with the packing team for smooth order fulfillment

📦 Key Responsibilities – Packer:
- Pack picked items safely and securely using appropriate materials
- Label and seal packages accurately for delivery
- Check packed orders for completeness and defects
- Assist in loading packages for dispatch
- Keep packing area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Maintain proper documentation of packaged shipments
- Collaborate with pickers and supervisors to ensure smooth workflows

✅ Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC)
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
