Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic growth initiatives in the infrastructure and engineering consulting domain. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with substantial industry experience, exceptional market insights, and a proven record of identifying, developing, and securing high-value infrastructure projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- 🗠Infrastructure Growth Navigator: Identify and evaluate emerging opportunities in public infrastructure, smart cities, urban mobility, and transport sectors.
- 🔠Strategic Market Expander: Develop and execute market-entry strategies in target geographies and sectors.
- 💼 Client Relationship Manager: Build strong partnerships with government departments, PSU clients, EPC contractors, and international agencies.
- 🧠Engineering Opportunity Architect: Liaise with technical teams to craft customized solutions in response to RFPs, EOIs, and tenders.
- 🌠Sustainable Development Advocate: Promote environmentally responsible projects aligned with global sustainability goals.
- 📊 Market Intelligence Specialist: Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and policy changes to inform strategic decisions.
- 🚅 Mega Project Opportunity Hunter: Scout for large-scale project investments and bid opportunities across transportation and urban planning sectors.
- 🛣 Transport Transformation Partner: Contribute to next-gen mobility, mass transit planning, and integrated transport consulting initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Planning, or relevant discipline (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in business development, preferably in infrastructure consulting, engineering services, or large-scale government project bidding.
- Skills:
- Excellent understanding of the infrastructure development ecosystem.
- Strong network across government agencies and infrastructure stakeholders.
- Proficient in tendering procedures, DPRs, RFPs, and pre-qualification processes.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent understanding of the infrastructure development ecosystem.
- Location Advantage: Familiarity with UP & North India market is a plus.
