Varin Communications Private Limited is seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives for an exciting field sales project in collaboration with Reliance. The selected candidate will be assigned a specific territory to onboard new partners and drive local business growth. Comprehensive training will be provided.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door field visits in the assigned area
- Promote and onboard local partners for Reliance’s services
- Explain company services clearly and persuasively to prospective partners
- Maintain and build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic partner queries
- Submit daily activity reports to the reporting manager
- Attend training and team briefings regularly
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate or Intermediate (12th Pass or Above)
- Experience: Prior field sales, business development, or customer interaction experience preferred
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi
- Other Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets
- Quick learner and able to follow instructions
- Willingness to travel within assigned geography

💰 Salary:
₹15,000 to ₹20833 (Based on experience and performance)
