The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven record in generating leads, forming client relationships, and expanding business networks—particularly in sectors like insurance, financial services, or travel finance.


✅ Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in sales, business development, or client relationship management
  • Industry Background Preferred: BFSI, Insurance, Financial Products, or Travel Services
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (regional languages will be an advantage)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research & Analysis – Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients, new segments, and partnership opportunities.
  2. Lead Generation – Utilize traditional methods (calls, visits, references) and digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, online forums) to source new leads.
  3. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  4. Event Participation – Attend networking events, trade shows, expos, and seminars to expand market reach and visibility.
  5. Product Pitching & Consultation – Respond to client inquiries and explain company offerings, investment products, and value propositions.
  6. Competitor Benchmarking – Analyze competitor services, pricing strategies, and marketing activities to stay competitive.
  7. Trend Monitoring – Track industry trends, customer feedback, and travel finance dynamics to align business strategies.
  8. Digital Collaboration – Work closely with the digital marketing team to convert marketing-qualified leads into opportunities.
  9. Sales Strategy Planning – Contribute to sales forecasting, planning, and performance analysis with data-backed insights.
