RVEIYA DYNAMICS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our high-performing sales and client engagement team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, business communication, and client relationship management—with a technical understanding of products and services, preferably from a B.E./B.Tech background.

This is a performance-driven role focused on identifying leads, nurturing client relationships, resolving queries, and enhancing service quality through proactive communication.


🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Graduate in B.E. / B.Tech (Any Specialization)
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, Telecalling, call centers, or client servicing roles preferred
  • Work Type: Full-time / Part-time (Remote flexibility as per business requirement)

🧠 Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic sales tools
  • Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to upsell/cross-sell and convert leads with professionalism
  • Customer-first attitude with a patient and empathetic approach

💻 Technical Requirements:

  • High-speed and stable internet connection
  • Laptop/Desktop with updated OS and security patches
  • Noise-free workspace
  • Headset with microphone for clear virtual communication

🕐 Availability & Work Hours:

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Availability for full-time or part-time based on company needs

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  2. Handle and resolve customer complaints while ensuring a smooth customer experience
  3. Maintain accurate and updated customer records, logs, and status reports
  4. Identify business opportunities through upselling or cross-selling products/services
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns and improve service delivery
  6. Support sales campaigns and generate new leads through direct outreach
  7. Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to service improvement strategies
