The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering excellent dining experiences by maintaining service standards, hygiene protocols, and guest satisfaction in food and beverage operations.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in food & beverage service, hospitality, or QSR environment
- Language: Basic proficiency in English/Hindi (local language knowledge is a plus)
- Appearance: Neat, well-groomed, and presentable
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence – Serve food and beverages to guests/customers in a polite, prompt, and professional manner.
- Dining Area Cleanliness – Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Table Setup & Clearing – Assist in laying, resetting, and clearing tables before and after customer use.
- Health & Safety Compliance – Strictly follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards as per company and regulatory policies.
- Multi-role Support – Assist in kitchen or pantry duties like plating, stock arrangement, and basic preparation as and when required.
- Team Support & Learning – Work under the guidance of senior staff to develop on-the-job skills as per company’s learning modules or apprenticeship training.
