The ideal candidate must be a team player with a passion for hospitality, able to ensure smooth coordination, safe service, and a great dining experience for every guest.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a steward or food & beverage service role
• Language: Basic English/Hindi communication skills
• Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable
• Others: Knowledge of safety & hygiene protocols and customer service etiquette

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Coordination – Work closely with team members, including Sr. GSA, Chefs, and Barkers, to ensure smooth service flow.
2. Guest Interaction – Respond promptly to guest requirements when Sr. GSA is occupied; take initiative to ensure satisfaction.
3. Starter Service – Coordinate with the Sr. GSA and barker to deliver starters quickly and safely.
4. Table Management – Assist in table setup, re-laying, and resetting to maintain cleanliness and readiness.
5. Safety First – Follow all restaurant safety protocols, especially while handling grills and serving hot items.
6. Service Support – Step in to serve customers directly if required and ensure prompt service.
7. Guest Feedback – Contribute to a positive guest experience that leads to high service feedback scores.
8. Presence & Alertness – Maintain maximum visibility and attentiveness in your designated section.
9. Grill Handling – Safely place, remove, and handle the grill to avoid any mishaps or guest discomfort.
10. Accident Prevention – Ensure proper handling of utensils, food, and hot items to prevent spills or injury.
