NIS Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across client premises in Kolkata. If you are detail-oriented, disciplined, and take pride in keeping spaces spotless, we welcome you to be a part of our professional facility management team.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in housekeeping or facility maintenance
- Skills Required: Dusting, mopping, floor cleaning, restroom hygiene, surface sanitization
- Language: Basic understanding of Hindi or Bengali
- Dress Code: Must wear uniform and PPE during duty
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Master of Cleanliness & Comfort – Perform routine manual cleaning of floors, furniture, doors, and windows using appropriate tools and materials.
- Guardians of Hygiene & Health – Sanitize washrooms, restrooms, and high-touch areas as per schedule.
- Cleanliness Coordinators – Dust, mop, sweep, and maintain common areas including offices, corridors, lobbies, etc.
- Silent Service Experts – Operate discreetly while working in sensitive or busy areas, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Waste Management – Collect and dispose of waste following site-specific disposal protocols.
- Toiletry & Material Refill – Refill handwash, tissue paper, soap dispensers, and other cleaning materials regularly.
- Reporting – Inform the supervisor of any maintenance issues, damage, or repair needs immediately.
- SOP Adherence – Follow all hygiene standards, safety measures, and site-specific housekeeping protocols.
