Hilfe Nursing Services is seeking experienced and dedicated GDA Caregivers to provide in-home care and assistance to elderly patients, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from surgery or illness. As a GDA Caregiver, you’ll be more than just a helper—you’ll be a bridge of trust, a compassionate companion, and the silent backbone behind healing and comfort.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in caregiving, nursing assistance, or patient care
• Certification (Preferred): GDA / ANM / Nursing Assistant certification
• Language: Hindi (Basic English an advantage)
• Others: Should be physically fit, polite, and emotionally mature

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1. The Silent Backbone – Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
2. Compassion in Uniform – Provide emotional support, companionship, and dignity-focused care.
3. Bridges of Trust – Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate effectively with family and medical staff.
4. First to Respond, Last to Rest – Monitor vital signs, administer medications (as advised), and act swiftly in emergencies.
5. Healing Beyond Medicine – Support recovery through a clean, safe, and nurturing environment at home.
6. Record & Report – Maintain daily care logs and report any changes in the patient’s condition.
