CIEL HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced and professional Car Driver for one of our reputed banking clients in Pune. The selected candidate will be responsible for safely parking cars, maintaining the service area, and occasionally handling pick-and-drop of employees from their residences to the work location.

This role requires a dependable individual with a valid driver’s license, excellent driving skills, and a presentable demeanor. A courteous attitude and commitment to safety are essential.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience: At least 1 year of driving experience (mandatory)
• License: Valid 4-wheeler driving license
• Appearance: Must be well-groomed and presentable with a decent attitude
• Language: Basic Hindi/Marathi speaking (English preferred but not mandatory)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Safety & Transit Facilitator – Ensure timely and safe pickup/drop-off of employees when required.
2. Route Reliability Specialist – Plan and follow efficient routes; adapt to traffic conditions in Pune.
3. Shift Logistics Coordinator – Coordinate with admin team for daily shifts and vehicle movement schedules.
4. Office Route Navigator – Assist with daily movement of cars to/from office premises and parking zones.
5. Vehicle Maintenance – Perform basic vehicle checks, cleanliness, and inform management of service needs.
6. Parking & Service Zone Management – Park employee vehicles correctly, manage keys, and maintain service area discipline.
