As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our products and services, reaching out to potential customers, and achieving sales targets through effective telephonic communication.


✅ Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Calling
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi, Basic English
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable with CRM tools, call logs, and basic MS Office

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Master the Art of Connection – Make outbound calls to prospective customers, build rapport, and create interest in products/services
  2. Target Champion – Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  3. Active Listener & Problem Solver – Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions or products accordingly
  4. Team Energizer – Collaborate with sales colleagues to refine pitch and strategies, support campaign efforts
  5. Confidence Catalyst – Handle objections confidently, follow up on leads, and close deals
  6. CRM & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system
