The ideal candidate must be a graduate with strong technical proficiency in civil engineering and hands-on knowledge of industry-standard design software.

This is a dual-role position that combines technical expertise in civil engineering with training, mentoring, and project support for college students, working professionals, and corporate clients.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in civil design, site/project coordination, or CAD software training
• Language Proficiency: Gujarati, Hindi, and English
• Software Expertise (Must Have):
  • AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
  • Revit Architecture
  • STAAD. Ro
  • SketchUp / 3ds Max
  • Civil 3D or equivalent

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Architect of the Everyday – Train and guide learners on core civil engineering concepts and design tools used in infrastructure development.
2. From Blueprints to Breakthroughs – Support batch planning and management for both students and professionals; design civil layouts, drafts, and training modules.
3. Master of Modern Engineering Tools – Provide practical, real-world software training in structural and architectural design platforms.
4. Problem Solver in Steel-Toed Boots – Resolve technical doubts, guide project work, and help participants apply software skills to civil engineering challenges.
5. Eco-infrastructure Advocate – Promote green building concepts, sustainable design methods, and industry-ready approaches.
6. Corporate & Student Training – Deliver professional training sessions for college students, corporate employees, and working professionals.
7. Software Training Development – Research, develop, and upgrade training content to align with evolving technologies.
8. Reporting & Support – Maintain daily reports, feedback logs, and coordinate with the academic team for progress tracking.
