As a Watch Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every timepiece that comes into your hands is restored to perfection—with precision, care, and technical excellence.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Engineering, Technical, or Watch Technology fields)
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in watch servicing, repairs, or related technical field
- Skills: Precision repair, tool handling, timekeeping mechanism knowledge, customer service
- Languages: Hindi, English (Punjabi preferred for local interaction)
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Engineer Precision – Calibrate, repair, and maintain watches with accuracy across multiple models and brands.
- Innovate Craftsmanship – Restore timepieces using advanced techniques and ensure perfect functionality.
- Quality Sentinel – Conduct rigorous quality checks to maintain Titan’s premium service standards.
- Material Expertise – Handle delicate components such as dials, cases, straps, movements, and crystals with precision.
- Tooling & Manufacturing – Use specialized tools for opening, assembling, polishing, and cleaning watches.
- Customer Service Support – Interact with customers professionally, explain service needs, and ensure timely delivery.

- Hands-on experience with quartz, mechanical, and automatic watches
- Proficient in using micromechanical tools and diagnostic equipment
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in execution
