Titan Company Limited, a leader in precision engineering and lifestyle retail, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Watch Engineer for its Titan World or Helios store in Ludhiana. This role demands a passion for timekeeping technology, craftsmanship, and technical service excellence.
As a Watch Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of watches, ensuring every Titan and Helios customer experiences our promise of quality and precision.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Engineering/ ITI in Watch Technology or equivalent preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in watch repair, servicing, or assembly
- Language Proficiency: Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English
- Other Requirements: Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Engineer Precision – Perform accurate diagnostics, repair, and calibration of quartz, automatic, and mechanical watches.
- Innovate Craftsmanship – Ensure precision in micro-level adjustments and component replacements.
- Quality Sentinel – Conduct thorough testing and quality checks post-service to maintain Titan’s benchmark standards.
- Material Expertise – Handle and manage delicate watch parts such as movements, straps, dials, and crystals.
- Tooling & Manufacturing – Operate precision tools and maintain service equipment in clean and functional condition.
- Customer-Facing Support – Communicate repair status, timelines, and service quality confidently to walk-in customers.
🔧 Key Skills Required:
- Deep technical knowledge of watch mechanisms and brands
- Skilled in use of micro-tools and diagnostic equipment
- Detail-oriented with high accountability
- Ability to manage repair inventory and service records
- Strong interpersonal skills for customer interaction
