If you’re a graduate with a deep understanding of watch mechanics, precision tools, and a commitment to quality, this is your opportunity to work with one of the most trusted brands in timekeeping and craftsmanship.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics preferred) or relevant technical discipline
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in watch servicing, repair, or manufacturing
- Skills Required: attention to detail, product handling, quality assurance, customer servicing
- Languages: Hindi and basic English
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Engineer Precision – Repair, service, and calibrate watches with utmost accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
- Innovate Craftsmanship – Contribute to product upgrades, component fitting, and innovative restoration of timepieces.
- Quality Sentinel – Inspect watches post-service, conduct testing, and ensure zero-defect delivery.
- Material Expertise – Handle materials like dials, movements, straps, and crystals with specialized tools and technical know-how.
- Tooling & Manufacturing – Operate and maintain precision instruments, tools, and cleaning equipment as per Titan’s guidelines.
- Customer Interaction – Offer technical advice and after-sales support to walk-in customers regarding product issues or servicing timelines.

- In-depth knowledge of watch movements (Quartz, Automatic, Mechanical)
- Hands-on experience with micromechanical tools and testing instruments
- Patience, steady hand, and keen eye for detail
- Excellent time management and customer service etiquette
- High sense of responsibility and discipline
