✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in caregiving, patient care, elderly care, or home care
• Gender Preference: Male and Female
• Language: Basic understanding of Odia & Hindi (preferred)
